By using eMusic.Tools you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
eMusic.Tools provides browser-based music tools including a tuner, metronome, piano, ear training, stem separation, audio editor, chord library, scale library, and more. The core tools are free to use; some features may require a paid subscription. The service is provided as-is.
You may use eMusic.Tools for personal, educational, and professional music-related activities. You may not use the service to distribute illegal content, attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform, or interfere with the service for other users.
Some features require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle account data.
The stem separation tool (and its Karaoke Maker, Acapella Extractor and Drumless Tracks variants) lets you upload audio files for processing. Those files are sent to our processing backend and, if you are signed in, your jobs and separated stems are stored so you can access them in your account history; see the Privacy Policy for how long they are kept and how to delete them. The audio editor, by contrast, processes your files locally in your browser and does not upload them. You retain full ownership of, and responsibility for, any content you upload. You confirm you have the rights to upload and process it, and you must not upload content that infringes copyright or other rights.
We respect intellectual-property rights. If you believe content processed through the service infringes your copyright, send a notice to [CONTACT_EMAIL] identifying the work, the material in question, your contact details, and a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised. We will act on valid notices, remove infringing material where appropriate, and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
All code, design, music theory content, and educational materials on eMusic.Tools are owned by [COMPANY_LEGAL_NAME] unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or modify our content without written permission.
eMusic.Tools is provided without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the accuracy of music theory content, nor the quality of AI stem separation for every recording. The service may change or be discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eMusic.Tools shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING_LAW_JURISDICTION], and any disputes are subject to its competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
For questions about these terms, email [CONTACT_EMAIL] or use the Contact page.
